Here are some links to free 3D software they are not all VRML. CT uses WRL format witch comes from VRML. I have added a few links to 3D converters I am not sure if I have added a converter Link for each of the software’s here. So make sure you look before you take to make sure you can use it. I have Not tried all of the different software I have linked ( my computers not strong enough to handle so many different programs) So let me know what you think of the program you decide to use...
